WORKSHOPS

- The 'Knitting and Mindfulness' workshop with Judy Frabotta will take place at Queenswood on November 21st.
- Details
of upcoming classes will be posted as they become available.
- In 2008 Sally Melville will be in Victoria from Jan. 25 to 27. Beehive Wool Shop is organizing workshops & we will send out information as it becomes available.
-The Madrona Winter Retreat in Tacoma is scheduled from Feb. 14-17. Eleven guild members have indicated interest in going to this retreat. Registration takes place in mid-Nov.
- We have booked Sivia Harding for April 9th. She will do a workshop on the River Rock Scarf featured in Interweave Press' "No Sheep for You". We will be working on a free form design using random or patterned placement of beads. There will be a fee for this course & the location is to be determined.
- On May 14th Alison Irwin will be returning to Victoria with a further demonstration in Kumihimo. Everyone enjoyed her presentation so much last year that we thought a follow up session would be popular. Once again, the fee & location are to be determined.
To register for any of these workshops or Demonstrations, contact Elaine at ereed@shaw.ca. Payment is due the week prior to the workshop and fees can be paid at the meeting or mailed to Elaine.
